Hiring Lab is a free HR community that publishes articles, tools and templates at hiringlab.io. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, you can reach us any time at forum@hiringlab.io.

Email address — only when you choose to give it to us, for example when you subscribe to our newsletter (The Lab Weekly) or send us a message. You do not need to create an account to read our content.

Anonymous usage data — when you visit the site we collect aggregated, non-identifying information such as which pages are viewed, the general type of device, and approximate region. This is used only to understand traffic patterns and improve the site.

What we do not collect

Hiring Lab is a content and community website only. We do not carry out background checks, we do not hold reports or reference information about individuals, and we do not process payments — our tools and templates are free. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data.

How we use your information

• To send you the newsletter you subscribed to.
• To respond to messages you send us.
• To understand how the site is used and to improve our content and tools.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share your email with third parties for their own marketing. We hate spam as much as you do.
